ITNL acquires Elsamex SA of Spain
IL&FS Transportation Networks (ITNL) has acquired Elsamex SA of
Spain. Elsamex is a leading Road Maintenance company, with presence
all over South America. It currently has over 5000 Kms of roads
under maintenance in its geographical spread across Europe, Americas
and Asian region. With this acquisition ITNL will be the only Indian
player with an integrated road sector presence across the entire
value chain encompassing road development, financing and O&M.
