Projects Under Development

Our projects under development are those projects where the actual construction has not yet commenced. These projects are either at a pre-financial closure stage or at a stage where EPC contractors are being identified by us.

The following of our projects are under development.

  • Chandrapur Warora Road
    This project includes the development of four lanes with an aggregate length of approximately 275 Lane kms connecting Warora to Chandrapur to Bamni in the State of Maharashtra. The concession for this project has been awarded to us by the PWD, Government of Maharashtra on a DBFOT (Toll) basis for a period of 30 years, including an initial construction period of two and a half years. We expect to commence the construction of this project after achieving financial closure.

  • Gurgaon Metro Rail Link
    This project includes the development of a approximately 4.9 kms long track for an, elevated metro line on a concession basis connecting the Delhi Metro Sikanderpur station on MG Road to NH-8 in Gurgaon in the State of Haryana. The concession for the project has been awarded to us by Haryana Urban Development Authority for a period of 99 years, including an initial construction period of two and a half years. We expect to commence the construction of this project after achieving financial closure

  • Narketpally Addanki
    Project includes Design, Construction, Finance, Operation and Maintenance of Four-Laning of Narketpally - Addanki - Medarametla Road (SH-2) from Km 0.000 to 212.500 in the state of Andhra Pradesh under Public Private Partnership (PPP) on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Basis.

  • Jorbat Shillong
    Project includes Four-Lanning of Jorabat-Shillong (Barapani) Section of NH-40 from Km. 0/000 to 61/800 in the state of Assam & Meghalaya On DBFOT pattern under SARDP-NE on (Built Operate and Transfer on Annuity Basis)

  • Chenani Nashri
    This project includes Rehabilitation, Stregthening and four lanning of Chenani to Nashri section of NH - 1A from km 89 to km 130.00 (new Aligment) including 9 km long tunnel (2 lane) with parallel escape tunnel in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. The concession for project is on BOT (Annuity) basis for a period of 20 years.

  • MP Border checkposts
    ITNL in consortium with Spanco Limited, (where, ITNL and Spanco will hold 51% and 49% of total equity respectively) had been issued a Letter of Award dated October 4, 2010 by the MP Road Development Corporation Limited (" MPRDC ") for Up-gradation, Modernisation, Development, Operation and Maintenance of 24 Border Check Posts across the State of Madhya Pradesh on BOT basis (the "Project"). The Project is fee based with a concession period of 4566 days.
