Projects Under Construction
The following of our projects are under construction.
- East
Hyderabad Expressway (Pedda Amberpet to Bongulur section
of Hyderabad Outer Ring Road)
We are currently developing an eight-lane wide expressway
with an aggregate length of approximately 173 Lane kms
outer ring road in Hyderabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
The concession for this project was awarded to us by the
Hyderabad Urban Development Authority and Hyderabad Growth
Corridor Limited on a BOT (Annuity) basis for a period
of 15 years (including a construction period of two and
a half years), which commenced in September 2007 and will
end in December 2022.
- Thiruvananthapuram
City Roads (Phase II and Phase III)
We are developing roads with an aggregate length of approximately
158 Lane kms in Thiruvananthapuram city in the State of
Kerala in three phases - Phase I, Phase II and Phase III.
We completed Phase I in November 2006. Phase II and Phase
III, which are currently under construction, includes
the development of 107 Lane kms. The concession for Phases
II and III of this project was awarded to us by the Kerala
Road Fund Board on a BOT (Annuity) basis for a period
of 17.5 years (including an initial construction period
of two and a half years) which commenced in May 2004 and
will end in May 2027. We expect to complete the construction
of Phases II and III of this project in or around November
2011.
- Moradabad
Bareilly
This project includes four laning of Moradabad - Bareilly
road section of NH - 24 from km 148.00 to km 262.000 in
state of Uttar Pradesh under NHDP phase III on DBFOT basis.
The concession for this project has been awarded to us
by NHAI on a DBFOT (Toll) basis for a period of 25 years.
- Hazaribagh
Ranchi
This project includes the development of four lanes with
an aggregate length of approximately 319 Lane km connecting
Hazaribagh to Ranchi in the State of Jharkhand. The concession
for this project has been awarded to us by NHAI on a BOT
(Annuity) basis for a period of 18 years including an
initial construction period of two and a half years.
- Pune Sholapur
This project includes the development of four lanes with
an aggregate length of approximately 571 Lane km on Pune
- Sholapur stretch of National Highway-9 in the State
of Maharashtra. The concession for this project has been
awarded to us by NHAI on a DBFOT (Toll) basis for a period
of 20 years, including an initial construction period
of two and a half years.
- Ridcor ph
II
Subsequent to completion of Ridcor phase I Project, Govt.
of Raj. has awarded following 6 new project roads to RIDCOR
under phase II:
- Alwar to Bhiwadi Road (4-Lane) - 340 lane km
- Arjunsar to Pallu Road - 76 lane km
- Jhalawar to Jhalawar Road -60 lane km
- Hanumangarh to Sangaria - 44 lane km
- Kapren to Mangrol - 116 lane km
- Jhalawar to Ujjain (Upto Raj. Border) - 62 lane
km
- Jharkhand accerlarated road development programme
This project includes the development of two lanes with
an aggregate length of approximately 1,002 Lane km connecting
selected roads in the State of Jharkhand. Project will
be undertaken in three different phases, with first phase
expected to commence in October 2009. The concession period
for this project will end in August 2027.
