Development of Metro Link from Sikanderpur station to Sec-56 in Gurgaon

Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has granted a concession for a period of 98 years to Rapid Metrorail Gurgaon South Limited (RMGSL) for financing, design, construction, procurement, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of all systems required for successful project.
The Gurgaon Metro South Extension Phase II project comprises the corridor from Sikanderpur to Sector -56, Gurgaon. It will link Sikanderpur metro station on the Delhi Metro line with Sector – 56 in the south-east of Gurgaon traversing along the Golf Course Road serving various employment and residential areas in its immediate vicinity. Length of the corridor is approximately 7 km.

The project cost is estimated at approximately Rs. 2143 crores with Debt of Rs. 1500 crores and Equity of Rs. 643 crores.
