ITNL as Developer
ITNL identifies, conceptualises, structures, develops and eventually deploys resources in a variety of infrastructure projects. Its development role-play includes Project Development, Financial Structuring, Project Implementation and Operations and Maintenance. ITNL's footprint across sectors spans road, urban infrastructure, rail and ports.
ITNL in the Road Sector
ITNL has developed and promoted a large portfolio of road sector projects and has a significant advisory presence. It is in the process of incorporating a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to agglomerate its assets with a view to unlock value from the projects.
ITNL in the Urban Infrastructure Sector
ITNL is in consultations with several city administrations to partner
them in the development and implementation of transit systems, road
improvement programmes, parking systems etc. for the cities. Further,
ITNL will continue to look for opportunities to bid for these Projects.
