IL&FS Prime Tank Terminals, UAE

IL&FS Prime Tank Terminals (IPTT) is developing a state-of-the-art Liquid Storage Tank Terminal for various grades of petroleum products at Fujairah, U.A.E. Of the aggregate capacity of 773,737 cbm, Phase I with storage capacity of 333,481 cbm is operational and Phase II is under development. This is the only 'green terminal' in Fujairah with initiatives for usage of renewable energy being implemented, and a hill slope afforested with diverse flora. IPTT is consistently the top rated terminal by Port of Fujairah for its operational efficiency such as the fast turnaround of vessels. The terminal has IMS accreditation that includes ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007. It has an accident-free record. The Maritime vertical of IL&FS, IMICL is a developer and sponsor of maritime and logistics assets.

Nana Layja Integrated Maritime Complex

IL&FS Maritime (IMICL) is developing an Integrated Maritime Complex at Nana Layja in Kutch, Gujarat. The complex comprises a multi-product SEZ / FTWZ focusing on Energy and Marine sectors, a ship-repair and shipbuilding facility, and captive jetties for the SEZ including an LNG terminal. This will be one of the first maritime clusters in the state of Gujarat. The project will create backward and forward linkages of internal and related components of the maritime sector. A captive port facility caters to the SEZ via an 8 km dedicated utility corridor. It will attract large industrial investment and create significant direct and indirect employment, economically benefitting the Kutch region and the state
