Operating and managing selected stretches of city roads in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala comprising approximately 158 lane kilometers under a concession from Kerala Road Fund Board on annuity basis.

Status : Project Concession period ended in 2019-2020 and handed back to Authority

Four-laning of Belgaum to Maharashtra Border (472 lane-km) on BOT (Annuity) basis. Project commenced in July 2004 and handed back to the Authority in 2019-2020.

Operating approximately 275 lane kilometers of state roads under a concession from Public Works Department, Maharashtra on toll basis.

Noida Toll Bridge

Status : Monetisation under Process

A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) with NOIDA's equity participation, responsible for developing an eight-lane toll bridge (DND Flyway) on a BOOT format. This project, which includes India's first ETC lanes, connects Delhi to NOIDA and is the only listed toll road in the country.

Khed Sinnar Expressway Limited (KSEL)

Status : Termination settlement received & distributed; Closure process underway

Four-laning of Khed–Sinnar NH-50 (557 lane-km) in Maharashtra on DBFOT (Toll) basis. Operational since 2017. Part of Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Project terminated; settlement completed.

2) NAM Expressways Limited (Narketpally–Addanki–Medarametla)

Status : Stake Divested

Four–laning of Narketpally–Addanki–Medarametla road (888 lane–km) in Andhra Pradesh on DBFOT (Toll) basis. Operations began in 2014. Connects Hyderabad to Chennai and Nellore. Stake divested.

Vadodara Halol Road Project (VHRP) and Ahmedabad Mehsana Road Project (AMRP)

Status : Minority stake sale process

VHRP (SH-87: 32 km) and AMRP (SH-41: 51.6 km) developed on BOOT basis in Gujarat. Concession agreements signed in 1998 and 1999. Minority stake sale in process.

ITNL Road Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IRIDCL)

Status : Terminated and distribution completed

Two-laning of NH-8 (248 lane-km) between Beawar and Gomti in Rajasthan on DBFOT (Toll) basis. Operations began in 2010. Project terminated; distribution completed.

GRICL Rail Bridge Development Company Limited (GRBDCL)

Status : Monetisation under Process

Build, operate and transfer concession from Government of Gujarat for 8 railway over bridges in Gujarat under construction.

Amravati Chikli Expressway Limited (ACEL)

Status : Termination settlement received & distributed; Closure process underway

Design, build, finance, operate and transfer concession from NHAI for approximately 970 lane kilometers from Amravati to Chikhli section of NH-6, Maharashtra under construction.

Fagne Songadh Expressway Limited (FSEL)

Status : Termination settlement received & distribution underway; Closure process to commence post distribution

Design, build, finance, operate and transfer concession from NHAI for approximately 698 lane kilometers from Fagne to Maharashtra/Gujarat border of NH-6, Maharashtra under construction.

Kiratpur Ner Chowk Expressway Limited (KNCEL)

Status : Terminated and Settlement amount received. Distribution underway

Four-laning of Kiratpur-Ner Chowk NH-21 (327 lane-km) in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh on BOT (Toll) basis. Appointed date: November 14, 2013. Terminated; settlement distribution underway.

Elsamex Maintenance Services Limited (EMSL)

Providing consultation, supervision, construction, operations and maintenance, repairing and other related activities for infrastructure projects.

MP Border Checkpost Development Company Limited (MPBCDCL)

Status : Terminated and handed back to authority

Modernization and operation of 24 border checkposts in Madhya Pradesh on BOT basis. Operations began in 2013. Nineteen checkposts completed and maintained. Project terminated and handed back.

Vansh Nimay Infra projects Limited

Status : Terminated

Mobilization, operation, and maintenance of Nagpur city bus services on BOO basis, awarded by Nagpur Municipal Corporation. Project terminated.

Rapid Metro Rail Gurgaon Limited (RMGL) and Rapid Metro Gurgaon South Limited (RMGSL)

Status : Terminated and handed back to Authority. Distribution completed

12.85-km elevated light metro in Gurgaon, Haryana, connecting commercial areas and Delhi Metro's Yellow Line. Project terminated and handed back; distribution completed.
