Vadodara Halol Toll Road
The Project provides 4 lane connectivity to Industrial City Halol from Vadodara in the State of Gujarat and also provides an alternative route connecting Delhi and Mumbai. It was the First State Highway Project in the country to be implemented on the commercial format (BOOT basis). The Project was completed within budgeted cost and time.

Ahmedabad Mehsana Toll Road
The Project provides 4 lane connectivity to Industrial zones of Kalol, Kadi & Mehsana from State Capital & commercial centre Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat. Mehsana is Commercial & Industrial centre of North Gujarat. The Project was completed on 23rd November 2002 i.e. 4 Months ahead of Schedule and within budgeted cost.

The Project envisages the widening and strengthening of 52 km of 2-lane highway to a 4-lane Highway with a contiguous and parallel intermediate service road. The Project was developed, financed and implemented in consultation with Government of Gujarat.

West Gujarat Expressway
This project involved the widening of the existing Jetpur-Gondal road from two lanes to four lanes, the improvement of the existing four lanes between Gondal and Rajkot, the widening of the existing Rajkot bypass from two lanes to four lanes on the National Highway 8 B and construction of side roads, with an aggregate length of approximately 389 Lane kms in the State of Gujarat.

Thiruvananthapuram City Roads (Phase I)
TRDCL is a Joint venture of IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited (ITNL) and Punj Lloyd Limited responsible for implementation of First City Roads Improvement Project (TCRIP) on Build-Operate-Maintain-and Transfer (Annuity) Model. Thiruvananthapuram is the capital city of the state of Kerala. The Scope of the Project includes: Improvement of 43 km of city road in Thiruvananthapuram.

Noida Toll Bridge
The Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (NTBCL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle with equity participation from NOIDA (New Okhla Industrial Development Authority) to develop and construct an eight lane toll bridge on a BOOT format.

It was one of the largest Toll Bridge Project implemented in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) format in India. Delhi Noida Toll Bridge is also India’s first project to have Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) Lanes. It is also the only listed toll road in the country – listed on both the local stock exchanges as well as the AIM exchange, London.

RIDCOR Phase I
The Mega Highways Project is the single largest road sector project in the country taken up under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework. Road Infrastructure Development Company of Rajasthan Ltd. (RIDCOR) was incorporated as a 50:50 joint initiative of Government of Rajasthan (GoR) and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd. (IL&FS) for implementation of the Mega Highways Project. The State Government has adopted this public-private partnership route to leverage its limited financial resources for implementing a project worth Rs. 24650 Mn Under Phase I of the project, the following five road stretches aggregating to 1053 km were developed under a 32 year concession period 1.Phalodi to Ramji Ki Gol - 292 km 2.Hanumangarh to Kishangarh - 407 km 3.Alwar to Sikandra - 81 km 4.Baran to Jhalawar - 78 km 5.Lalsot to Kota - 195 km

Beawar Gomti Road
This project included the development of two lanes with an aggregate length of approximately 248 Lane kms with an option to construct a four lane highway on the Beawar Gomti Highway connecting Beawar to Gomti in the State of Rajasthan. The concession for this project was awarded to us by the Department of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India, on a DBFOT (Toll) basis for an initial period of 11 years which is further extendable to 30 years in case the company exercises the option to construct a four lane highway on the stretch within seven years from the appointed date.

We are developing roads with an aggregate length of approximately 158 Lane kms in Thiruvananthapuram city in the State of Kerala in three phases - Phase I, Phase II and Phase III. We completed Phase I in November 2006. Phase II and Phase III, which are currently under construction, includes the development of 107 Lane kms.

Moradabad Bareilly
The Project Highway is a section of the National Highway-24, starting from km post 148.000 and ending at km 262.000 on NH-24, in the states of Uttar Pradesh, India (hereinafter, referred to as the Project Highway), and making a total length of 121.8000 km .This existing segment is two lanes for last decade. Project road lies between 28°47’ N, 78°45’ E to 28°25’ N, 79°26’ E. The Project Highway passes through three districts of Uttar Pradesh, viz. Moradabad, Rampur and Bareilly. There are major urban centers like Rampur, Milak, Mirganj, Fatehganj etc. and many semi-urban centers along the Project Highway. The Project Highway is joined and/ or intersected by some National Highways and a number of State Highways (SH), Major District Roads (MDR), and Other District Roads (ODR). The Project Highway is also crossed at seven locations by railway lines. This highway in its immediate influence area serves as the main arterial road on which small traffic streams merge at different locations of the Project Highway.
